Wildflower seed bombs are little ecosystems containing pollinator friendly wildflower seeds. Seed Bombs protect native wildflower seeds from being eaten by wildlife, providing ideal conditions for wildflower seeds to grow and support pollinators. These unique flower bombs are crafted from a mixture of sifted soil, compost and a mix of 34 native UK wildflower seed species.
They are suitable for sunny and shady garden areas and contain 100% pure wildflower seeds. Simply place Wildflower Seed Bombs onto bare soil in containers on patios and balconies or in open flower borders, and allow the rain to activate them. The soil must be watered in dry weather to keep it moist for germination and growth results.

When to Plant Wildflower Seed Bombs
Seed bombs can be planted any time of the year as the wildflower seeds are protected in their soil bombs and will activate when the right growing conditions are present. Here are some tips when you want to grow Wildflowers at specific times of the year:
Planting Seed Bombs during Autumn months following nature’s natural growth cycle. Wild flower seeds like a good freeze to break dormancy and will grow when the right conditions are present in early Springtime. Seed Bombs can be planted through Winter months when the soil is soft enough to press them onto the earth.
Flowering June - August.
Early Springtime is a good time to set Seed Bombs, there is usually good rainfall to keep the soil moist for germination. When planting seed bombs in late Spring, it’s a good idea to soak them in water prior to planting onto wet soil.
Flowering July-Sept

Many wildlife creatures love to make homes in Wildflowers such as frogs and hedgehogs, they feast upon slugs and other insects, creating an area of Biodiversity.

Biodiversity is nature's natural method of being in balance, pesticides are not required and creatures can survive and thrive in good health and abundance as a result.
Nature gardening is a great education for all ages, we support and promote this method in gardens and community areas, in schools, hospitals, cemeteries, roadsides, roundabouts and on any wasteland sites.
